Features: Archives all voice dictation files in PC or server. Gives on screen messages during movement of voice dictation files from memory to PC archive. PDA voice recordings automatically erased after completed transfer from PDA to PC archive. Gives on screen messages during archive and Internet transfer. Log of voice upload and transcription download. Authentication and 128 bit encryption during Internet transfer. Can be used with standalone or networked connection.

Recommendation: User should be well versed with using a PDA and understand memory and battery limitations.

Recommendation: Best equipment model for typical user with high quality recording and many flexible features. Olympus is compatible with all windows operating systems.

Advantages: Enables the collection of compact flash memory cards from dictator to be uploaded from central location. Completely automated system without user interaction beyond placing compact flash memory card into San Disk Reader. Charger base available.

Memory card automatically erased after completed transfer to PC archive. Gives on screen messages during Internet transfer from PC to our server. Log of all inbound and outbound transfers. Recommendations: Windows 98 ONLY. This technology is being phased out or our equipment models.
