Unlimited Transcription consistently provides a 24-hour turn around time for the delivery of transcribed reports. Shorter turnaround is available and some of our clients require less (12 hours).

We prefer to assign permanent transcriptionists to an account so the same typist transcribes the dictation from the same provider each day. This tends to develop a relationship between the dictating physician and the typist, resulting in expanded production and reduced error rate after a brief "get acquainted" period.

A workflow manager and editor reviews the completed reports before they are delivered to the client. This is to ensure that all the work is present and that it is of the highest quality. This individual is the personal contact for the account and available to the client to quickly solve any issues that may arise.

Occasionally there is an unresolved blank in a report. Usually it is a local term, name, or place. We do our best to prevent blanks, but they happen occasionally. Any unresolved blank will be noted on a log provided with the transcribed reports so that the client can review the specific report prior to printing or storage. These unresolved blanks normally decrease as your permanent typist gets acquainted with your account and the relationship develops.
