Unlimited Transcription uses special software to count the lines in each report to generate an invoice for the client. We are willing to share this software with our client to enable them to audit our invoices and feel comfortable with the cost of our service. 

Invoices are usually sent weekly with a 30-day net unless other arrangements have been made with the client. 

To predict your cost of using our transcription service, simply open a typical patient report using Microsoft Word and clink on tools from the tool bar and select word count. Billing amounts based on a rate of $0.1150 per 65 character lines.
